Wells Beach Surf Guide

Wells Beach, from Mile Road north to the Harbor Jetty, just east of the town of Wells, is a quality strip of coast offering fun peaks for surfers of all abilities. Due to the fact that it faces a little more south than nearby Ogunquit, a S swell can show more here and the waves can handle a hint of northerly wind. Some locals consistently surf the south side of the jetty, but if you're looking for a peak all to yourself, just take that walk south. During a good swell, especially during a hurricane, Wells can pump out fun, hollow surf.
