Tanegashima Surf Guide

Japan has some wonderful islands with great surf and Tanegashima is one of best. With perfect temperatures year-round, warm water and clean white-sand beaches; Tanegashima should definitely be on your list of destinations in Japan.

The island features several surf spots, so make sure you rent a car and explore. There's a good spot in front of the Iwasaki Hotel called Hotel Mae, which means you'll be jogging to (instead of driving to) most your sessions.
