Sopelana Surf Guide

Atxibiribil and Arrietara are just two of the high quality beaches here that break consistently through the tides. There are a number of beach break banks plus fingers of reef. The most famous spot is found at La Salvaje and is known as La Triangular - a rocky shelf of striated reef that produces - as the name suggests - excellent rights and lefts. The area is home to some of Europe's best surfers - will be crowded.
