With the right conditions, this classic right can put a on full-on show with an impressive and dramatic view for the public watching from the top of the cliffs that overlook this wave. A 20- to 25-minute drive from the town center, you'll see a sign saying, "La Paloma." This zone is called Los Acantilados, which means, very rightly, "the cliffs." Getting in and out of this wave can be risky and you have to watch your step as you go up and down the very steep, rocky path along the cliff.
