El Chinchorro Surf Guide

El Chinchorro is a Playa Hermosa-like beachbreak located close to the heart of the capital city of Santo Domingo. It's just off the road east of the oil tanks that are east of the main harbor. It's shifty, sometimes wobbly, and usually a lot better than it looks from shore.
