Playa Jaco

Surf Guide

Jaco is the de facto capital of Costa Rican surfing, with plentiful accommodation options and a thriving night life, but its main wave is far from one of the best in the country. The beach break at Playa Jaco is consistent during the season, but also consistently average, with decent peaks that hold up a bit better at high tide.
