Lido Beach:
South on Gulf Side Drive leads you into Sarasota and Lido Beach, which, if you look at a map, is located just north of the elbow and breaks on a west swell with a north wind. Head west at St. Armand’s Circle and you’ll hit Lido Beach. The best spot is just south of the public beach. Good access. Check it on an outgoing tide if the waves have got a little juice.
